Any person may object to a licence being granted (section 24, Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990) A person who objects must:- Put the objection in writing; and
- Include the grounds on which it is made; and
- Send it to the Team Leader Licensing, Earth Resource Tenements, Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources GPO Box 2392 MELBOURNE 3001 within 21 days after the latest date on which the application was advertised.
